2. How We Use Your Data

• Delivering, maintaining, and improving the VigilAgent monitoring dashboard and analytics engine.
• Visualizing agent trace execution graphs, tracking token costs, and calculating operational metrics.

We retain agent telemetry and trace logs strictly according to your active subscription plan:

• Free Tier: Agent logs and execution traces are retained for 7 days before automatic purging.
• Pro Tier: Agent logs and execution traces are retained for 90 days.
• Enterprise Tier: Custom retention periods available upon contract agreement.

Account metadata is maintained for as long as your account remains active or as required by legal obligations.

We employ enterprise-grade security practices to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:
